This is one in a series of virtual life coaching tips to help start your week of strong so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.
I take one subject and run though a brief overview of it, then ask some very direct questions. The intention of this virtual ‘life coaching’ session is for you to write the questions in your success journal and then reflect on them and write your answers and thoughts in your journal.

To demonstrate to you that exercise and physical fitness is a critical aspect of achieving your goal of personal success. Even if physical fitness has nothing to do with your chosen career or profession.
Let’s Get Started:
There is no doubt; no question that regular exercise has the power to enhance your personal performance, there is too much research to even doubt this. Remember that cognitive functioning is enhanced by exercise. This is in addition to the obvious physical and health benefits.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:
- Do you believe regular exercise has the power to move you closer to peak performance in your career and achieving personal success?
- Is forming the discipline of regular exercise worth it to you?
- If regular exercise is instrumental to achieving personal success, why don’t you do it more?
Unsupportive Beliefs about Exercise
- Exercise is for fitness fantastic’s and health nuts.
- Exercise is for athletes and personal trainers.
- I hate to sweat so I don’t exercise.
- I don’t have the time to exercise.
Mental Strength Beliefs about Exercise
- My body is my temple and I keep it healthy through exercise.
- Exercise manifests mental, physical, emotional and spiritual energy.
- Exercise is the foundation to top achievers health.
Outrageous Questions:
- Is your current fitness level helping or hurting you reach your personal goals?
- Are your exercise habits closer to that of the average under achievers or the unique top achievers?
- Does your fitness level mirror the level of personal success you are trying to obtain?
Reflective Questions:
- What would it take for you to build top achievers exercise habits?
- How can regular exercise help you attain your vision of personal success?
- How can you improve your current exercise schedule?
Mental Strength Coaching:
The goal here is help you understand that consistently is the key to maximizing the benefits of exercise. I request that you commit to at least one hour of daily exercise…you either will have results or excuses with this request…which one do you want?
