I take one mental strength tips and run though a brief overview of it, then ask some very direct success coaching questions. The intention of this virtual success coaching session is for you to write and answer these questions in your success journal and then reflect on them to gain insight on yourself, your dreams and what’s holding you back.

To help you understand and build the mental strength belief that personal change means progress and that progress is good.
The average person is afraid of personal change, thinks change is bad and avoids change at all costs. Because of this, the average person misses many opportunities to achieve their personal goals and personal success.
Let’s Get Started:
So, let me ask you, what are some potential changes you’re facing over the next few months? In regards to these changes, what’s the worst that could happen? What’s the best that could happen?
Do you see how both of these are just stories! You can exercise your mental strength and choose the story that you want to create. You see, creation is all about personal change.
Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:
- Do you consider change to be a good thing?
- In you experience, what percentage of the time does change turn out to be positive?
- Do you believe that a leader’s primary role is to bring about change?
Unsupportive Beliefs about Change
- Change is scary.
- Change is leads to bad things.
- Change is unnecessary.
Mental Strength Beliefs about Change
- Change is an adventure.
- Change means progress.
- Change creates new opportunities.
- What is your fear for change costing you?
- Is resisting change more of an average person’s response or a top achiever’s?
- What part of change scares you the most?
- Is your attitude about change helping you or holding you back?
- Is your belief about change helping you reach your personal goals and personal success?
- What would you have to change in order to embrace change?
Mental Strength Coaching:
Take some time and identify and breakdown why your fears of change is holing you back. This is critical in helping you move past this limiting belief.
Take each fear one and examine it and open it up to expose the real truth behind it.
Then exaggerate each fear to the point of ridiculousness and observe how your perception of this fads away.
