Be aware that most people how have always been employed have never seen themselves as an entrepreneur who are leasing their services to the corporation where they work.

Many see themselves as simply a cog in the corporate machine, mo matter how high their position.  Once you begin to see yourselves as an entrepreneur you’ll being to realize that you are fully responsible for your personal success.

  • Entrepreneurism only works for people who have their own business
  • Entrepreneurism is only for risk takers

Mental Strength Beliefs about Entrepreneurism

  • Entrepreneurism is a mental strength mindset
  • Entrepreneurism means I am free to become wealthy, reach my personal goals and personal success
  • Entrepreneurism means taking full responsibility for my business success

Outrageous Questions:

  • Do you take full responsibility for you results in your business life?
  • Do you see yourself as a corporate entrepreneur?
  • What does being an entrepreneur mean to you?

Reflective Questions:

  • Would adopting a mental strength philosophy of being an entrepreneur help or hurt you in reaching your personal success?
  • What would you have to do to fully adopt a mental strength philosophy of entrepreneurism?
  • How would this idea change how you approach you job on a regular basis?

Mental Strength Coaching:

Moving from believing you’re a cog in the corporate machine to realizing you’re in total control of your destiny is a major shift in thinking.

Be patient with yourself if you seem to be struggling with this idea.  Remember you’ve had this belief your entire career and it will take mental strength to create the shift.

There is distinct difference between good, very good, great and excellent.  You’ll find the average person using the term “great” as though greatness and excellence was common place.

  • How difficult do you believe it is to become excellent?
  • Is it impossible to obtain excellence in your field or just impossible for you?
  • Are you holding back from making the decision to become excellent because an average person sold you on the idea that the sacrifice isn’t worth it?

Reflective Questions:

  • What’s the difference in compensation in your career between the good the great and the excellent?
  • Do you believe you have what it takes to become excellent?
  • Who do you identify as a role model of excellence in your chosen field?

Mental Strength Successes Coaching:

Once you understand the difference between good and great, and great and excellent and that these categories are based only on results, this will force you to take full responsibility for you position on this scale.

One you understand that the first step in moving to the next level is a decision to do whatever it takes; you’ll become aware that the only thing holding you back from excellence, reaching your personal goals and achieving personal success is you!

People are usually driven by things they cannot see on the surface.  That is, our ‘why’ is so much more powerful than the ‘what’ we want to achieve.  A compelling future where you reach your personal goals and personal success is motivating NOT because of the things, but because of the feeling they’ll give you.  When you can use your mental strength and dig deeper and find out the real purpose behind your motivation, you’ll then be in a position that nothing will stop you!

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Do you believe most people fail to escape the creation of average results due to a lack of knowledge or motivation?
  • What is more powerful motivator; logic or emotions?

  • Do you really know your ‘why’?
  • Is you current level of motivation string enough to manifest your personal goals and personal success?
  • Is it possible to tap into a deeper level of emotional motivation that you’re not currently aware of?

Reflective Questions:

  • On a scale of 1-9, 9 being strongest, how strong are you emotional motivators?
  • Are you willing to allow me to lead you through an introspective process to uncover your emotional motivators?
  • What emotions drive you the most in your life?
  • Is it possible to use them in your career to achieve more personal success?

Mental Strength Coaching:

The average persona has no idea of the depth of fire that burns inside them that can be converted into emotional motivation.  This is because no one has ever taken them through an in-depth reflective process.

The success coaching session is to get you to trust yourself enough to contemplate on how you really feel about your ‘why.’

To help you redirect your wasted energy from being upset and angry to forgiveness.

The main point here is help you understand that the same mental “weakness” energy you are investing in something out of your control can be used for develop your mental strength and move you closer to your personal goals and personal success.

Let’s Get Started:

Most average people spend too much time thinking about negative situations in the past.  They keep re-running the event over and over in their minds thinking about how upset they are.  This fixation keeps them stuck in the past and prevents them from living in the “now” and moving forwards towards their personal goals and personal success.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • What is the benefit of forgiving someone who has done you wrong?
  • Is holding a grudge more ego or spirit centered?
  • Is it possible to forgive someone without accepting their behavior?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Forgiveness

  • Only weak people forgive.
  • Only naive people forgive.
  • If I forgive them it will happen again.

Mental Strength Beliefs about Forgiveness

  • Only mental strong people forgive.
  • Forgiveness sets my spirit free.
  • Forgiveness is about loving myself enough to let go of the past.

Outrageous Questions:

  • Have you ever done anything you wish to be forgiven for?
  • Have you forgiven people who have hurt you?
  • How does it feel to forgive?

Reflective Questions:

  • What impact does forgiveness have on your psychologically?
  • Does holding a grudge have an affect on our body?
  • Who is the most forgiving person you know
    • Do you admire this person?

Mental Strength Coaching:

This is a very personal subject and the average person has developed a story and personal justification why they can’t and wont’ forgive.

The point of this virtual life coaching session is not to pry into your personal life, it’s to assist you in using your mental strength and redirect any energy being wasted on the past and use it to reach your personal goals and personal success.

As you go through this coaching session move slowly as you reflect on your thoughts, feelings and beliefs about the past and forgiveness.

This subject may take sometime for you grasp and understand, that does OK…take your time.  The more you stay with it the easier it will become.

Before beginning this session it would be worth while to take stock of what you are doing that is fun and those things are not. Then ask how can you eliminate those things are not fun…or least have someone one else do them.

There are specific advantages of doing what’s fun for work and releasing the rest.

Let’s Get Started:

Again, take a moment to reflect upon what things you do that are enjoyable in your profession and those things that are not.  Then consider how much more personal success you could achieve when you can concentrate on the fun aspects of your career and hire out or delegate the other parts.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Do you believe the mental strength individuals have achieved personal success love what they do so much they would do it for free?
  • Is it possible to experience great personal success and fun at the same time?
  • What percentage of mental strength individuals do you believe are having fun at what they do compared to the average person?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Having Fun at Your Career

  • Work is not fun.
  • Work is not supposed to be fun.
  • You work hard so you can then have fun when you retire.

Mental Strength Beliefs about Having Fun at Your Career

  • Work is fun.
  • People who have fun at what they do are always more successful and happy.
  • If you earn your living doing something you love and have fun at it your chances of experiencing uncommon personal success dramatically increases.

Outrageous Questions:

  • Are your beliefs about having fun at what you do helping or hurting you changes for personal success?
  • How much fun are you having at what you do?
  • What is the most fun you ever experienced at what you do or have done?

Reflective Questions:

  • On a scale of 1-9, 9 being most fun, how much fun are you experiencing at what you do currently?
  • How does someone who’s not having fun at what the do compare to someone who is having fun?
  • How can I help you discover the enjoyment and fun at what you do?

Mental Strength Coaching:

Remember, most people have been programmed to believe that fun is something’ you experience on the weekends and vacation…not at what you do for a living.

This limiting belief has been handed down for the industrial age when people slaved away doing physically demanding work.

Limiting beliefs are passed down from generation to generation and can last hundreds of years, well past the point where they any more value.

We are now living in the age of the mind, where it’s possible to have fun performing tasks that challenge the intellect and serve as catalysts for personal growth.

Part of mental strength coaching around having fun at your career is to help you understand that some of your beliefs no longer server in reaching your personal goals or achieving personal success.

To assist you in understanding that average people achieve average results through average and thinking and to achieve better than average results you must challenge what the average person says is “true,”

Let’s Get Started:

Think about this for a moment, Think back to a past experienced when you followed someone or some idea you were sure was correct only to have it turn out wrong.  You see, them mentally strong always question the facts and search for a better solutions.

The goal here is to move you from positive thinking to critical thinking.

Positive is thinking is OK if you simply want to take baby-steps out of being average.  But come on…you’ve been reading these posts of over year, isn’t time to step-up your game?

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Do you believe there is always a better way to accomplish something?
  • What do you believe most people mean when they refer to themselves as “realists”?
  • Why do you believe most people refuse to challenge the facts?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Critical Thinking:                                           

  • I can’t afford to challenge the facts. I’m barley surviving.
  • I’m too busy to challenge the facts.
  • Challenging the facts is for dreamers and trouble makers; I live in the “real world.”

Mental Strength Beliefs about Critical Thinking:

  • There is always a better way to do everything.
  • There is always a higher level of consciousness way of thinking.
  • When the dream is big enough, the facts don’t count.

Outrageous Questions:

  • Give an example of a time you challenged the facts in your life?
  • Would your three closets friend say you are more of a follower (a cow) or a leader (a rhino)?
  • Do your results prove you are a leader (a rhino)?  – Or a follower (a cow)?

Reflective Questions:

  • How can challenging the facts help you achieve your personal goals and personal success and love a happier life?
  • Give me an example of something or someone you unconsciously followed without a challenge?
  • On a scale of 1-9, 9 being most often, how often do you challenge the facts in your life in hops of reaching your personal goals and personal success?

Mental Strength Coaching:

The idea here is to get you to really think about who and what you are following, and to consider the possibility, through critical thinking, that there is a better way and different way of reaching your personal goals and personal success.

The goal here is to open up your mind to greater possibilities of achieving the life you want.

Investigating this can create anxiety for you, because the facts as you know then are part of how you make sense of the world.  Now I’m asking you to challenge them

Be kind to yourself and push yourself at the same time to challenge the facts, as you see them.

Final Thought

Coaching you to challenge your perceived facts is more about your persistent questioning and prodding than it is about education about the “facts”.   It’s better when you come to your own realizations.

This will help you develop your mental strength so that you can achieve your personal goals and personal success.
