Welcome back to another Mental Strength Tip!warrior in sucess

Reaching your personal goals, achieving personal success and creating personal power begin with a mental strength mindset of empowering beliefs.  To that, reaching your peak potential also starts in your mind…and finishes with taking inspired and massive action.

This is one in a series of virtual life coaching tips to help start your week of strong so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

I take one subject and run though a brief overview of it, then ask some very direct questions.  The intention of this virtual ‘life coaching’ session is for you to write the questions in your success journal and then reflect on them and write your answers and thoughts in your journal.

These series of posts are for YOU!  If I’m not able to coach you personally one-on-one over the phone or in The 2nd Passage, I want you to at least get the benefit of a “virtual” mental strength coaching session.

Enjoy!

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:

To help you understand the importance of, and the impact your environment plays on your thinking, your personal success and your happiness.

Let’s Get Started:

In the concept of the neurological levels of success the foundation or base is your environment.  Everything else, i.e. behaviors, capabilities, beliefs, values and your vision,  is built upon your foundation. This includes your micro and macro environment.  All the way from your home to your office, from your car to the people you hang around with. People become who and what we associated with.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Are the people you’re hanging out with supporting you or hurting you in your quest for personal success?
  • Do you want to be like the people you spend the most time with?
  • Have you surrounded yourself with a supportive environment for personal success both at home and at work?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Your Environment

  • As long as the people I associate with are nice, it will have a positive effect on me.
  • The important thing is to be comfortable with the people and places I associate with.
  • If I enhance my level of personal associations I will alienate my current friends.
  • I can’t afford to improve my physical environment until I am successful.

Mental Strength Beliefs about Environment

  • Associating with the top achieving thinkers is the single most powerful tool to becoming like them and reaching my personal goals and personal success.
  • The more time I can invest in surrounding myself in a supportive environment of abundance, the more I believe I will reach my personal success.
  • A mental strength environment of personal success is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Outrageous Questions:

  • Do the people you spend the most time with enjoy a level of success, fulfillment and happiness you are seeking?
  • Are you willing to spend more time with top achievers for the impact they can have on your level of thinking?
  • Do you live in an environment that truly supports your achievement of your personal goals and personal success?

Reflective Questions:

  • On a scale of 1-9, 9 being a top achiever, how would you rate your environment in terms of the people you associate with?
  • What would it take to enhance your environment to support the pursuit of your personal goals and personal success?
  • What are other ways you can associate or model top achievers without physically meeting them?

Mental Strength Coaching:

Be aware that many people become offended when they are coached around changing and enhancing the people they associate with.  They feel they are betraying their friends and family.  This is the result of years of average thinking and societal programming, and it can take several coaching sessions or hours of contemplation so that you can transcend this type of unsupportive thinking.

My job here is to help you understand you’re not dropping your friends and family, you are simply choosing to add some bigger thinkers to the mix of people you associate with.

You see, consciousness, either successful or average, is contagious, and the people you hang around with have a major impact on your thinking.

I urge you take action today and start looking at all the ways you can include more top achievers to your environment.  This includes getting coaching, reading books, listening to audio’s, or even watches a biography on one of your role models. This is your life and your personal success…do what ever it takes!

Final Thought

As your virtual life coach, I need to help you dig into your environment and see how you live day by day, as well as who are the major influencers in your life.  Then little by little, encourage you to begin to make the necessary changes to support your achievement of your personal goals and personal success.

Welcome back to another Mental Strength Tip!Love what you do

Reaching your personal goals, achieving personal success and creating personal power begin with a mental strength mindset of empowering beliefs.  To that, reaching your peak potential also starts in the mind, but finishes with taking inspired and massive action.

To help you appreciate to learn to love what you do for a living (or find something that you love) and to show you that loving what you do is the greatest strategic mental strength advantage to reaching personal success.

Let’s Get Started:

Loving what you do is paramount for reaching a meaningful and fulfilled life.  If you don’t love what you’re doing you have three choices:

  • Learn to love
  • Find something you do love
  • Stay and be miserable

It’s your choice….what do you want?

Remember…”Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” – Confucius

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Do you believe most top performers love what they do, or do they simply love the results?
  • Is it possible to learn to love what you do, or does it have to occur naturally?
  • What impact does loving what you do have on the quantity and quality of a person’s work or performance?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Loving What You Do

  • Nobody really loves what they do until they are a success.
  • Word is hard; I’m not supposed to love it.
  • You either make good money or your do what you love.  It’s next to impossible to have both.

Mental Strength Beliefs about Loving What You Do

  • Loving what you do is your best chance for reaching personal success.
  • Doing what you love is possible for anyone in a free economy.
  • When you love what you do, the only reward you need is the experience of doing it.

Outrageous Questions:

  • Do you love what you do…your career?
  • If all jobs paid the same, would you continue to do what you do?
  • Do you act as though you love your work?
    • What proof to have of this?

Reflective Questions:

  • Is it possible to increase your love for what you do?
  • Would laving what you do move you closer to your personal goals and personal vision?
  • Would your clients, friends and co-worker say you love what you do?

Mental Strength Coaching:

Please keep in mind that most average thinkers are just happy to have to job. That’s how most people have been programmed…be happy that you have a job and don’t make waves. Actually, loving what you do is viewed as unrealistic and is seen as being almost greedy to many people.

The average person is programmed not to think about their job in relation to their happiness.  Be patient with yourself on this.  If you don’t love what you do, start looking today for something your love to do today AND stay where you are until you find it.

Final Thought

Coaching someone to move forward toward a life of loving what they so might be the greatest gift I can offer as a coach.

If you’re a manager or coach within a company, you risk losing individuals to another company or profession if the person can’t find a way to love their current profession.

When the individual begins to understand that their best interests are you top priority and you coach them out love, the person will feel it and do everything in their power to keep you as their coach, mentor and leader.

As Stephen Stills said: “If you can’t be with the one you love, love the one you’re with”

So far, the main considerations of these series of posts (for the past few Fridays) have been the consequences of World Illusion your beliefs on your personal life…but there is a bigger picture to consider.

As you, and your mindset, create your own personal experiences, you need to consider what you are dealing with in relation to a world event such as an earthquake, tsunami or a war which may involve thousands of people.

In order for you to consider this point fully, you need to remember how you experience reality.

Whatever you may previously have thought about the nature of reality, there is a perception of reality which is common to everyone.

Simply put, everyone categorizes their experiences as either what goes on in their head or what goes on external to them.

However, even medical science says that awareness of the so-called external world can only occur inside the head, because the optical and auditory images are formed inside the brain.

Someone once said…

No one ever saw a picture in an art gallery. You always see the picture in your head.”

It could be said that you only have internal experiences.

Remember, in a dream you are having an internal experience that you interact with as if it is solid, separate and external to you.

In your waking state of consciousness you interact with these internal experiences in just the same way as you interact with your dream internal experiences.

In both your waking state and dream state you have the common experience of your conscious self being separate from the world you are experiencing.

This common everyday experience is called dualism.

The mindset and concept of dualism states that consciousness and body exist in two different realms, physical and non-physical.

Modern physics shows that this concept violates the laws of conservation of energy and momentum.

In order to obey these laws any interactions between different realms would result in a change of energy and momentum.

However, science always finds the energy and momentum of objects in the physical world to stay exactly the same.

Because the laws of conservation of energy and momentum are well established, consciousness and what is thought of as physical must exist in the same realm.

Physics knows that consciousness exhibits a quality that the so-called physical world does not show, that quality is known by physicists as non-locality.

The term non-locality basically means an instantaneous influence or communication without any exchange of signals through space-time, as demonstrated by such phenomena as telepathy and remote viewing.

This would place consciousness as primary to the so-called physical, which would mean that consciousness is the underlying reality out of which the so-called physical arises.

As all so-called physical things arise out of consciousness, this would have to include what is normally thought of as space and time.

These concepts are summarized by the statement from the physicist John Wheeler when he said:

“Useful as it is under everyday circumstances to say that the world exists out there independent of us, that view can no longer be upheld.”

If there is not “a world existing out there independent of us”, what is the reality of a world event such as a volcanic eruption involving thousands of people?

As you think about this question, you can see that one of the most difficult aspects to understand is that of the other people involved.

When viewing the actions of other people, it is very easy to fall into the trap of thinking you are seeing someone else’s reality that is separate and independent of you.

This of course cannot be true; otherwise everything that has been explained so far, which is supported by the disciplines of philosophy and physics, would be wrong.

What is needed is a completely new way of looking at everyday reality.

Generally, the mistake that is often made is trying to understand reality by examining the bits and pieces.

This makes it almost impossible to see what the bigger picture is; in just the same way as examining the bits and pieces of a jigsaw puzzle makes it almost impossible to understand what the entire jigsaw picture looks like.

So, to help understand reality better, what is needed is a top down view, rather than the bottom up view that is usually taken.

So far, the bottom up view has been used in these posts in order for your intellect to understand the apparent nature of reality a little better.

Your intellect is now in a position to take a top down view, which needs to be from the position of the Self, or at least as near as possible from an intellectual point of view.

From the position of the Self, which is the true nature of being, everything is one; there is no separation or objectification.

The position of the Self is a point of knowing all, but to experience all requires the creation of space-time.

It would be rather like just reading books to learn everything there is to know about swimming.

It is only when you get into the water and actually swim that you can have the complete understanding of swimming.

The Self is not a personalized term, there is not a collection of Selves, the Self is unity, it is the One of which many eastern religions speak.

It is the source of the God concept of the western religions.

It is All That Is.

The Self desires to know itself completely but because of its limitless nature it is unable to do so.

In the words of Professor Amit Goswami:

“We choose our conscious experiences, yet remain unconscious of the underlying process. It is this unconsciousness that leads to the illusory separateness, the identity with the separate I of self-reference, rather than the we of unitive consciousness.”

From the position of the Self, concepts are explored using consciousness, which is the medium of expression of the Self but contained within the Self.

This is beautifully expressed in the words of the great Eastern mystic, Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi when he said:

“The knower is ever greater than the known, and the seer is greater than the seen. That which is known is contained within the knower, and that which is seen is in the seer; the vast expanse of the sky is in the mind, not outside, because the mind is everywhere and there is no outside to it.”

The very act of exploration requires the one to appear as the many.

It gives birth to such concepts as personalization and separation.

These concepts are expressed in vocabulary by such terms as I, you, we, and them.

From the top down view of the Self, it is understood that these are just concepts for the purpose of exploration; therefore the Self is not lost in personal identification and separation.

But from the bottom up view, the mistake can be made of totally identifying with these concepts of I and you, and this can give rise to feelings of separation and isolation.

As physicist Professor Amit Goswami said;

“The existence in language of such terms as I and my, leads us into a dualistic trap. We think of ourselves as separate because we speak of ourselves in that way.”

It is perhaps easier to understand this process by considering what happens in the dream state of consciousness.

You create and interact with all kinds of images and scenarios, which can sometimes produce quite emotional reactions.

You could for example create a scenario in your dream state of an earthquake that results in many people dying and as a result you can become very emotional at the sight of such a tragedy because you personally identify with the imagery.

You do this because during the dream you are not aware that it is you who has created the imagery.

However on waking you then realize that it was just a dream, and are then happy that it did not really happen and lots of people did not really die, but when you were in the dream it certainly felt completely real.

You can also create such an image in your imagination whereby an earthquake occurs but because you view it from just your imagination; you regard it as unreal, that people have not really just died, and therefore your emotions are not engaged in quite the same way.

In a similar way, the Self completely understands that consciousness cannot be destroyed and also knows the true nature of the imagery.

Therefore, all explorations using consciousness are viewed from a point of understanding that is not swamped by emotional energy.

It is important to realize that getting carried away by emotions keeps you locked in misunderstanding the true nature of the imagery.

However, this is not to deny the importance and relevance of having emotions; they are part of the creative energy used in exploring concepts.

You can now see how similar your waking state of consciousness is to your dream state of consciousness, because while you are so intently focused in either of these states of consciousness you forget that you are creating the imagery and therefore you personally and emotionally identify with it as if it is solid and separate to you.

The imagery is all the more compelling when it is personalized in the form of mother, father, brother, sister and indeed your own personal body-image.

Even the concepts of personality and ego are limitations on what you really are, because there are no actual divisions in consciousness.

Again, it is important to understand that the true existence of all things is in the mystery of the Self, not in the imagery of space-time.

It is perhaps easier to comprehend this if you think of your true existence and communications as being in the Self, and if you want to explore certain concepts you personalize and objectify them in states of consciousness that are called the waking state and dream state.

This is what the mystics of the East have tried to explain when they have referred to everyday reality as the world of illusion.

This is the concept that physicists are struggling to explain when they state that they no longer consider the world as being out there separate to you, which of course includes all that is thought of as the individual people you interact with.

So, whatever you experience in your waking state of consciousness will be based on your perceived limitations, and this will include what you think of as good and evil.

As already shown, space and time are concepts, not absolutes; in the same way, good and evil are also concepts, not absolutes.

They are concepts based on value judgments made by only taking the limited bottom up view of reality.

No matter how repulsive an action is that you see being committed, it will be based on your beliefs about what is possible, not of course on what you find desirable.

It is very important to remember the distinction between what you desire and what you actually believe is possible.

This is not condoning bad behavior or suggesting that you should turn the other cheek; it is stating that you create your own experiences in all their aspects.

All aspects of your experience are based on your perceived limitations about what is possible and therefore can be changed for a more favorable experience.

Once again, this is beautifully put in the words of another of the East’s great modern mystics; Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj:

“You have made this world and you can change it. The world, of which you are the only source and ground, is fully within your power to change. What is created can always be dissolved and re-created. All will happen as you want it, provided you really want it. You have created the world’s sorrows out of your own desires and fears, you deal with them. All is due to your having forgotten your own being. Having given reality to the picture on the screen, you love its people and suffer for them and seek to save them. It is just not so. You must begin with yourself. There is no other way.”

Reflective Questions

  • Explain what is happening when you view an event such as war as well as an event like an argument with a neighbor?
  • How does the ego interact with other personalities in a so-called world event?
  • What is the most common mistake people make that cause them to misjudge what is happening in a world event?
  • How would you explain if evil truly exists or not?

Please let me know your thoughts on this and some of your answers to the above questions in the comments below.

Success…ah yes…we all strive for it!  Whether it is in athletic pursuits, business, career, fitness, family or other athletic successpersonal undertakings we all want to achieve our own personal success.

In this post, I am going to take a different mindset and closer look at success.  In doing so, I hope to give you a different way of approaching your own “success activities” in an effort to enhance your opportunities and chances for personal success.

I’m going to look at two aspects of success.  They are:

1.  Clarify and individualize the definition of success

2.  Overview research on elite athletes to help show the factors that may influence athletic success.

Defining Success

There are some ways to think about and understand success.  How you define success will have a significant impact on how and when you achieve success.  According to Webster’s dictionary, success is a “favorable or desirable outcome.”  Sounds good enough right?

For most people, this is the definition of success is what they are after.  That is, we strive to meet a specific outcome, after all, isn’t that SMARTER goals are for.  Some of these outcomes might be bench-pressing 225 lbs 10 times, running a sub 30 minute Warrior Dash or simply losing 10 pounds.

What ever the specific outcome and we equate it to achieving success.  As a result, we consider ourselves a failure if we do not reach our “goal.”  Let me ask you, do you consider yourself a success even if you don’t achieve your goal?  Can a person be successful without achieving a specific outcome?

If we take a different perspective and widen our understanding and definition of success, we can improve our chances of achieving personal and athletic success.  The great and legendary UCLA basketball coach, John Wooden, takes a different approach to defining success.

He defines success as “peace of mind which is the direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best you are capable of becoming.” This definition is undoubtedly less “confining” because it focuses on effort put forth.  This approach to understanding success takes a unique mindset and removes the emphasis from the outcomes and suggests that success can be found through the process or journey. SIDE NOTE – this is at the heart of “positive motivation”, i.e. internist motivation.   Success can be achieved by anyone and is irrespective of the final outcome.  An individual would be successful if they committed to lifestyle changes necessary to manage her weight, regardless of the real numbers of pounds lost.

Were many of us get into trouble is our “double standards.”  We’ll watch the Special Olympics’ and comment on how every participant has achieved success.  Yet when it comes to our performances, if we don’t hit out goal, even though we have given everything we’ve got, we don’t consider ourselves a success.

Let me ask you:

  • How do you define success for others?
  • How do you define success for yourself?
  • Are they the same?
  • Is your understanding and interpretation of your own success inclusive such that effort and outcome are taken into account?
  • Does you definition of athletic success hold you back or support you?

Identifying Factors That Influence Success

Watch most elite level athletes perform, most of us shake our heads in awe at what they are able to do.  We often attribute the success of these individuals to being blessed with exceptional talent; genetically gifted.  After all, how else could they accomplish such amazing feats?

I remember reading an article awhile back about this question asked of numerous Olympians.  I can’t recall the exact study and in reviewing my notes, Olympians from 1984 to 1988 were asked to identify the factors that contributed most to their success.

While these athletes acknowledged “natural talent” as a factor influencing success (ranked #6), many other factors were ranked as more important.  Take a look at these factors and think about if these factors can help influence you as you strive for success and how you can apply them in your personal and athletic life.

The Top Success Factors of Olympic Athletes

1. Dedication and Persistence – The Olympians believe that these positive qualities had a significant impact on their success.

  • When you encounter obstacles, do you still persist?
  • Are you committed to the pursuit of your goals?
  • Are you determined to succeed…no matter what?

2. Support of Family and Friends – Success isn’t achieved alone.  A network of individuals provides degrees of support that the Olympians believed to be critical to their individual success.

  • Who provides support to you?
  • Who are the individuals you can rely on to provide physical or emotional support, to provide you with balance?

3. Excellent Coaches – (This is my favorite) Coaches provide much-needed expertise, knowledge, insights, skills, etc. needed in the comp is spent of goals.  Surround yourself with excellence.

  • Who are the coaches that can help you achieve your goals?
  • A personal trainer?
  • Nutritionists?
  • Business mentor?

4. Love of The Sport – The foundation of the Olympians athletic pursuits was a passion for their sport, i.e. a love for what they are doing.

  • Do you enjoy what you are doing?
  • Are you intrinsically motivated or do you need a push all the time?

I like to suggest you take time to consider what success means to you and look at the factors that you feel positively influenced your success.  Ask yourself:

Am I limiting myself by how I define success?

Are there areas of my life that need cultivating to help promote athletic and personal success?

As you ask and answer these questions, hopefully you will identify areas that can improve your success….if not…contact me, I will happy to assist you.

Some of this is discussed deeper in “Mental Training For Athletic Performance.”

If you really want to take your athletic performance up a notch, contact me our 3-Day, private one-on-one “Mental Training For Athletic Performance Intensive.”

Achieving peak personal performance and creating personal power begins with a mental strength mindset and expectationempowering beliefs.  Reaching your personal goals starts in the mind and finishes with peak performance…taking massive action.

This is one in a series of mental strength life coaching tips to help start your week of strong so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:

To help you understand and develop the mindset that you get what you expect and to urge you to use your mental strength and build your belief system of great expectations for personal success.

Let’s Get Started:

Quantum physics states that we are literally creating our reality and results directly from our thoughts.  Quantum theory suggests that everything at its core is energy, and energy can be manipulated by thought.

Energy flows were attention goes and results show.  If you expect something good to happen, mostly likely it will.  If you expect to reach your personal goals….you will.

“High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation.”

- Charles Kettering

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Do you believe you can influence your results by changing our expectations?
  • How does improving your expectation help you meet your personal success?
  • How often do you use your mental strength and raise your level of expectations?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Expectations

  • Expectations have no impact on my results and my personal success.
  • It’s impossible to raise my level of expectations, I either expect something or I don’t
  • High expectations lead to disappointment.

Mental Strength Beliefs about Expectations

  • Positive expectations lead to positive behavior and personal success.
  • High expectations move a person into a higher vibrational frequency which makes them more attract to others.
  • Raising expectation is a skill that can be learned.

Outrageous Questions:

  • If you have high quality expectations way aren’t you getting better results?
  • How are you actively using your mental strength to raise the level of you expectations?
  • Give ma an example of something good you expect to happen that you couldn’t imagine expecting five years ago.

Reflective Questions:

  • How would you rate your positive expectations?  Average or top performance.
  • How have your expectations helped or hurt you in the past?
  • Write down an example of a positive expectation you have recently expanded upon.

Mental Strength Coaching:

Keep in mind that most people have never given much consideration to expectations and how it affects results. So it may take some time for this topic to sink in and take hold.  Use your mental strength and take it step by step, knowing that some people must experience personal success with a new idea before it becomes integrated into their belief system.

Final Thought

The impact of positive expectation on your subconsciousness mind cannot be overstated.  Positive expectations are a mental strength skill that can be learned and utilized by anyone.

“Don’t lower your expectations to meet your performance. Raise your level of performance to meet your expectations. Expect the best of yourself, and then do what is necessary to make it a reality.” – Ralph Marston

Achieving peak personal performance and creating personal power begins with a mental strength mindset and belief systemempowering beliefs.  Reaching your personal goals starts in the mind and finishes with peak performance…taking massive action.

This is one in a series of mental strength life coaching tips to help start your week of strong so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:

To help you understand that only way to attain and maintain excellence in personal success is by building a mental strength belief system.

Give a person with a belief system that they are only worth $100k/yr a $300k/yr salary and they’ll “find” a way to get back to earning $100k/yr.

Your beliefs and belief system command your behaviors and your subconscious mind holds all your beliefs, those that you know and those that are hidden.

Let’s Get Started:

A belief is strongly held opinion about something.  A belief system and is group of beliefs about the same topic.

In order to achieve your personal goals and grow your personal success, you must embark on building a mental strength belief system through a reprogramming process which consists of enhancing your language and internal representation about yourself, others and the world around you.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • How do a top achiever’s beliefs differ from that of an average achiever?
  • Do you believe a person’s beliefs can be enhanced, improved and reprogrammed?
  • Are top achievers born with mental strength beliefs?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Belief’s

  • Some people are born with mental strength beliefs
  • Only the highly educated have mental strength beliefs
  • Only the rich and powerful have mental strength beliefs

Mental Strength Beliefs about Belief’s

  • Mental strength beliefs are the result of mental strength programming and reprogramming.
  • Mental strength beliefs must be consciously created.
  • Wealth, education and power have nothing to do with creating mental strength beliefs.
  • Prosperity, abundance and joy are the results of a mental strength belief system.

Outrageous Questions:

  • If you truly have mental strength beliefs why aren’t you getting the personal success you desire?
  • What would it take for you create a mental strength belief system?
  • What level of beliefs do you have right now in the areas of your life?

Reflective Questions:

  • Do you think you’re capable of developing a mental strength belief system?
  • How can I help you enhance your belief system?
  • How are your current beliefs holding you back from reaching your personal goals and your personal success?

Let’s Get Started:

Determination is one of the corner stones of mental strength. Mental Strength Coaching:

One of my primary virtual coaching goals here is to help you understand your level of determination toward yourself and your goals and vision.  Chances are I am the only person who has ever talked or coached you around this subject.  It might take some time to grasp this mental strength skill.

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:

To make you are aware of the fact the part of mental strength is in the ability to make decisions quickly and then make changes slowly.  This is a result of their self confidence and a courageous mindset.

Let’s Get Started:

I once read a definition of a leader, it said “Given the majority of information a leader will make right decision and if it is not, they will make the decision right.”

The ability to be decisive is essential in achieving personal success and reaching personal goals.  The average person is conditioned to second guess themselves, which leads to inaction and no results.  The root of this problem lies in their fear of making the wrong decision.

  • Decision making is scary and stressful.

Outrageous Questions:

  • As your life coach, how can I help you become more decisive?
  • Do you have the necessary confidence to become a decisive leader?

Mental Strength Coaching:

Coaching decisiveness means coaching confidence.  Individuals who are more self-assured and believe in the abilities are more decisive and achieve their personal goals at a significant higher rate then the “average” person.  My jobs in this virtual coaching session to push you and have you assess your level of confidence.

Even if you think it’s not were it should be to make decisive decisions, I’ll bet that when you look to your past personal success, many of those decision were made with decisiveness and courage. I’d like to request that you really stock of your level of confidence based on your past successes, this will help build the belief that you will be able to deal with any result of all the decisions you make.

Final Thought

Remember that decision making is a mental strength skill that can be developed through practice and mental training and focusing on what making a correct decision means, or in that fact, an incorrect decision.  You see, there are no failures…only feedback.

Take a look back on the above definition of a mental strength leader:

Given the majority of information a leader will make right decision and if it is not, they will make the decision right.”
