I am VERY happy to announce the grand opening of The Warriors Path tribal site:Warrior Mind Podcast

http://TheWarriorsPath.org

Please take a few minutes to check it out today.

This Warrior Mind Podcast is based on note I received from a reader and listener.  Without revealing who it was here is the note:

I know in the military knowing how to deal under pressure to get stuff done is essential. Attention to detail is critical. A true warrior must know how to execute flawlessly. Most times the act of repetition creates muscle memory and helps a person no longer rely on thought but straight execution.

But what if the game is continuously changing?

How does one prepare and focus on new arriving circumstances when there is no time to train. I have noticed that my work suffers with attention to detail. Maybe it is because I speed through things but I want to find information on how to improve my ability to focus on mistakes I make and be able to catch them before others do.

I was wondering if there are any books on this subject that you might know of? I can’t seem to find any. I want to seriously limit the mistakes I make. Or it might be an interesting podcast topic.

Just some thoughts.”

Here are the key points I picked up in this:

  • Attention to detail
  • Execute flawlessly.
  • But what if the game is continuously changing?
  • Prepare andfocus on new arriving circumstances no time to train.
  • Focus on mistakes

Mental Demand is the potent and invisible force in achieving personal success. The attitude of your mind affects you mental strengthmood, determines action, changes your physiology and directs your life.

I have mentioned numerous times how powerful these silent forces are in the attainment of your personal goals. This is why you need to develop your mental strength powers so you can affect your personal goals and personal success.

There is amazing power and possibility in the concentrated Mental Demand. This, like all other forces, is controlled by laws. It can, like all other forces, be significantly increased by following a specific and systematized plan.

Mental demand must be directed by every power of your mind and every aspect you’re your mental strength to make the ‘demand’ manifest. You must be able to create such an intense desire for your goal that you exclude all distracting thoughts. When you practice this singleness of concentration, until you reach your personal goal, you will have developed a Will capable of accomplishing whatever you desire.

As long as you can only do the ordinary things you will be counted as one of the mass of mediocrity. But just as quick as you being to breakout, by even by small amounts of progress, you are now entering the realm that few go.

So, if you wish to rise above the average, you must set outrageous personal goals and accomplish them. And this is easy to do, as long as you use your mental strength and concentrate on what you desire, and take massive action.

It is not the runner with the longest legs or the strongest muscles that wins the race, but the one that can use their mental strength, focus, will, action and greatest desired force.

The Little Train That Could

A great example of this is an engine on a freight train. The engine starts up slowly; the engineer gradually increases the throttle and after a bit the train is up to its maximum speed.

The same is true of two runners. They start off together and gradually they increase their desire to go faster. The one that has the greatest mental strength intensity of desire will win. He may outdistance the other by only a fraction of an inch or a microsecond, but still he wins.

Individuals that are perceived as some of the world’s greatest successes have not always been physically powerful, and often they didn’t seem capable of the tasks at hand. In the beginning many were not thought of as being particularly brilliant, but they achieve their goals and achieved personal success.

They did this by using their mental strength and a resolution to achieve their goals by not letting any set-backs to bring them down and no difficulties to daunt them. Nothing could turn them or influence them against…they were determined!

They never lost sight of their goal.

A Silent Force

In all of us there is this silent force of amazing power. If developed, it can overcome any condition that might seem insurmountable. It is constantly urging us on to greater achievement. The more we become acquainted with it the mentally stringer we become, the more courage we develop and the greater the desire within us grows for self-expression through the manifestation of our dreams.

No one will ever be a failure when they become conscious of this silent force within that controls their destiny. But without the consciousness of this inner force, you will not have a clear vision, and external conditions will not yield to the power of your mind.

It is the mental strength resolve that makes achievement possible. Once this has been formed it should never be allowed to falter until the successful achievement of your goal. To ensure that the plans are followed it will be necessary to use every once, every facet of your mental strength and the power of your mind.

Patience, perseverance and all the indomitable forces within you will have to be mustered and used with the greatest effectiveness.

Perseverance

Perseverance is the first element of success. In order to persevere you must have a burning desire for you dream. This will require that you concentrate ALL your thoughts on the accomplishment of your dream.  You must bring every bit of your mental and physical energy possible to a laser focus, until your dream is manifest.

Mental Demand seems an unreal power because it is intangible; but it is the most amazing power in the world. It is a power that is free for all of us to use. But you have to tap into it; no one can use it for you. Mental Demand is a potent force, which you can use anytime and anyplace. When you are able access Mental Demand when doubts arise it will provide counsel for you.

It will guide you when you are uncertain. When you are in fear it will give you courage. It is the motive power which supplies the energies necessary to the achievement of the purpose. You have inside you an enormous store house of possibilities. Mental Demand makes possible the realization of this potential.

It supplies everything necessary for the accomplishment; It selects the tools and instructs you on how to use them. It makes you understand the situation. Every time you make a Mental Demand you increase your mental strength by drawing to you external forces.

Few realize the power of a Mental Demand and now you do!

It is possible to make your demand so strong that you can communicate what you have to say to another without speaking.

I sure you have experienced this before.  Have you ever thought about talking to someone about a specific subject only to have them bring up the same subject?

Have you ever thought about doing something with a friend only to have suggest that you do that same thing…before you mentioned it to them?

Or how about wanting to talk to a family member only to have them call you first?

I know this has happened to me countless of times, and I’m sure to you as well.

These events are neither coincidences nor accidents…they are the result of mental demand in action triggered by strong concentration.

The person that never wants anything gets little. To ‘demand’ purposefully is the first step toward getting what you want.

Mental Demand Is Unconditional

The power of Mental Demand is absolute, the supply infinite. Mental demand projects itself and causes to materialize the conditions and opportunities needed to accomplish your purpose. Don’t underestimate the value of the Mental Demand. It brings a richer and fuller life when used to support you in living a life or power, purpose and passion.

Once Mental Demand is accessed never let it weaken. If you do the current that connects you with your desire is broken. Take all the necessary time to build a firm foundation, so that there will never be a seed of doubt that can creep in.

The very moment you entertain “doubt” you lose some of the demand force, and force once lost is hard to regain. So whenever you make a mental demand hold unwaveringly to it until you have achieved your goal.

Not Visualization

The Power of Mental Demand is not visualization, it is concentrated Power, accessible by all. It is not supernatural power, but requires a development mental strength. Your desired outcome is assured when it is infused with a strong, unbendable determination.

No person will achieve personal success, to any great extent, until they recognizes this force within them. If you have not become aware of it, you are capable of so much more than you think. It is this “something” that distinguishes the average from the success warriors.

It is this subtle power that develops strong personality.

Demand Much More

If you want a lot out of life, you must demand a lot out of yourself. Once you make your demand, anticipate its fulfillment….your success depends upon it.

We are rewarded according to our efforts. The Power of Mental Demand can bring us what we want.

We become what we determine to be.

We control our own destiny.

Get the right mental strength attitude, and then in accordance with your ability you can achieve your personal success.

And every person of AVERAGE ability, the ordinary individual that you see every day, can be successfully, independent and free of worry.  THEY ARE THEIR OWN MASTER, if they can manage to do just two things.

First, be dissatisfied with what they ARE doing and with what they HAVE accomplished.  A person can not be complacent and expect to live a life of power, purpose, passion and perseverance.

Second, they must develop in their mind a mental strength belief that the word impossible was not intended for them. They must build up in their mental strength and confidence that enables them to use their mind and ALL of its’ power.

Many, especially those more age under their belt might question:

“How can I build up that self-confidence after all these years? How can I, after months and years of discouragement, of dull plodding, suddenly conceive and carry out a plan for doing something that will mike life worth while and change the monotonous routine?

“How can a person get out of a rut after they have been in it for years and has settled down to the slow jog-trot that leads to the grave?”

The answer is that is CAN be done and millions have done it.  All you have to do is find one example, then…what one can do, all can do.

One of the names most honored among the great men of France is that of Littre, who wrote and compiled the great French dictionary–a monument of learning. He is the man whose place among the forty immortals of France was taken by the great Pasteur, when the latter was elected to the Academy.

Littre BEGAN the work that makes him famous when he was more than sixty years old.

Welcome back to another Mental Strength Tip!

mental strength

Achieving personal success and reaching your personal goals begins with a mental strength mindset of empowering beliefs.

Reaching your personal goals and personal success starts in your mind…and finishes with taking inspired and massive action.

This is one in a series of virtual success coaching and mental strength tips to help kick-start your week.  It is intended to enthuse and inspire you to take action so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.

I take one mental strength tips and run though a brief overview of it, then ask some very direct success coaching questions.  The intention of this virtual success coaching session is for you to write and answer these questions in your success journal and then reflect on them to gain insight on yourself, your dreams and what’s holding you back.

These series of posts are for YOU!  If I’m not able to success coach you personally then I highly recommend Warrior Mind Fundamentals. Its online mental strength training that will help you create a warrior mind so that you can live a life of power, purpose and passion.

To find out more about Warrior Mind Fundamentals go HERE now.

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:

To assist you in understanding the value of being bold in specific situations.

Let’s Get Started:

Being bold, brave and courageous are different.  Here are my online definitions:

  • Courageous acting in the face of fear
  • Brave doing what others can’t or won’t
  • Bold go big or go home

When I talk about going “go big or go home” this doesn’t mean big as far as money or flamboyance is concerned.  This means doing something that will attract attention to help you reach your personal goals and personal success.

Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

  • Finish this statement: Bold people are _____
  • Who is more likely to be bold: the average person or the mentally strong person?
  • Growing up, what were you taught about being bold to reach your personal goals?

Unsupportive Beliefs about Boldness

  • Bold people are rude
  • Bold people are pushy
  • Bold people are arrogant

Mental Strength Beliefs about Boldness

  • Bold people are strong
  • Bold people have firm convictions
  • Bold people get what they want without hurting others

Outrageous Questions:

  • If you were bolder would be more successful?
  • Do you have the self-confidence to more bold?
  • Is it possible to be bolder without being pushy?

Reflective Questions:

  • On a scale of 1-9, 9 being boldest, how bold are you…really?
  • What would you have to believe to act with boldness?
  • Would becoming bolder help you reach your personal goals and achieve personal success?

Mental Strength Coaching:

My job here in this virtual mental strength and success coaching session to help you develop the belief that boldness is a requirement to reach personal success.  The meek and timid rarely achieve their personal goals and live up to their potential.

The secret to reach your personal goals is to develop the level of boldness congruent with your value system, so that while you’re developing your boldness, this will be stretching you out of your comfort zone and not abandoning your core values.

A Wall Street power broker is going to exhibit one level of boldness, while a housewife in Ohio might exhibit completely different type of boldness.

Both can success through their boldness without changing who they are or their core values.

Final Thought

I’d really like you to contemplate the power of living bolder and watch how this action manifests in your life.

“Seize this very minute! Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Only engage, and then the mind grows heated. Begin, and then the work will be completed.” – Jean Anouilh

If you’d like to get start building more boldness to reach your personal goals, pick up you copy of “Develop the Mental Strength of a Warrior” today HERE.  This is a fantastic e-book that helps you take control of your thoughts, develop success awareness and helps you tap into the powers of your unconsciousness mind to create the mental strength to succeed at anything!

This Warrior Mind Podcast is based on Mental Strength Tip #35 – Bravery and Personal SuccessWarrior Mind Podcast

Have you checked out Warrior Mind Fundamentals online training yet?  Check it out HERE

This Warrior Mind Podcast is to help you build the mental strength belief that it is necessary to take risks to achieve personal success.  Taking risk requires mental strength and bravery; and that, just like mental strength, bravery can be developed over time

What is bravery?   According the dictionary:

1. The condition or quality of being brave; courage.

2. Splendor or magnificence; show.

3. Having or displaying courage, resolution, or daring; not cowardly or timid

What role you believe bravery plays in your life? Do you have a sense for what you think about bravery, and what you believe it will take to reach your personal goals and personal success?

Here’s what James Robinson says about bravery. “Greatness, in the last analysis, is largely bravery – courage in escaping from old ideas and old standards and respectable ways of doing things.”

Enjoy the podcast below:

Who Ever You Think You Are, You're More Powerful Then That

Move slowly with this one if you’re not being helped by a coach.  Keep in mind that most people have never been challenged about their level of bravery.

For generations, men have been trained to associate their self-worth with their level of bravery.  It’s easy to arouse an illogical, emotional and defense response from your ego if you move too fast.

If you’d like to get really inspired on the subject of bravery, watch “127 Hours”….this exemplifies bravery!  Or “Fair Game”, this demonstrates bravery in a completely different context.

Embracing bravery consciously, for perhaps the first time, is like handling a sharp sword; move confidently yet carefully allowing yourself to grow through the process.  Keeping your ego at bay is the secret to clear and rational mental strength thinking that will result in bravery and personal success.

“The Will To Do” is the greatest mental strength power in the world.  The Will To Do is concerned with individuals mental strengthachieving personal success that does not take into consideration a persons “limits” in advance.

Think about it, the things that we do now, a few years ago were thought of a being impossible.  I think it’s safe today the universal mantra is “All things are possible.”

The Will To Do is a mental strength force that is extremely practical, yet it’s difficult to define. It can be compared to electricity because we know what electricity is by its’ cause and effects. It is a power we can use and direct and to just the extent we direct it do we determine how it will affect our lives.

Every time you accomplish any personal goal, consciously or unconsciously, you used the mental strength principle of the Will. You can Will to do anything whether it is right or wrong, and therefore the way you use your will makes a big difference in your life.

Every person possesses some “Will To Do.” It is the inner energy which controls all conscious acts. What you will to do directs your life forces. All habits, good or bad, are the result of what you will to do. You improve or lower your condition in life by what you will to do. Your will has a connection with all avenues of knowledge, all activities, all accomplishment.

You probably know of stories where people have shown amazing mental strength under extreme circumstances.  For instance, I think we’ve all heard of the story of a grandmother lifting a car that had pined her grandson. Or even President Washington at Valley Forge and crossing the Delaware River in the middle of winter.  In both these cases, and numerous similar events, it was the “Will To Do” that was used these extraordinary feats.

Personal success is using the mental strength force of the Will To Do the little things under extreme discomfort and pain.

Little Things Done Well Open The Doors Of Opportunity For Personal Success

The Mental strength force of The Will accomplishes far greater results through activities that grow out of focused concentration. It is in the concentration that we direct and use this force the accomplishment of our personal goals.

When you learn so to use it, your Will power becomes a powerful force. Almost everything can be accomplished through its proper use. It is greater than physical force because it can be used to control not only physical but mental and emotional forces.

There are very few that possess perfectly developed and balanced Will power, but those who do easily crush out their weak qualities. Study yourself carefully. Find out your greatest weakness and then use your will power to overcome it. In this way eradicate your faults, one by one, until you have built up a strong character and personality.

Rules for Engagement

A desire or dream comes to you. As part of the achievable outcome process you look at the goal and determine if its’ ecological, that is, good for you, good for others and good for community. If it is not, use your Will power to kill out the desire.  If it is ecological, then use your mental strength force of your Will power to crush all obstacles in your way so that you will successfully reach this personal goal.

Procrastination

Given that you know the majority of information, procrastination is a mental weakness of Will power.

You know you should do something, but you delay doing it through procrastination. It is easier not to do a certain thing than to do it, but your gut says to do it. The vast majority of persons are failures because of the lack of deciding to take action when they should. Those that are successful have been quick to grasp opportunities by making a quick decision and taking action. This power of will can be used to achieve any personal goal whether it’s better health and fitness, deeper relationships or wealth and abundance.

Practice

For the next week practice making quicker decisions, maybe set a specific time to get up AND out of bed, arrive at appointments early, order quickly off a menu.    Remember, how you do anything is a reflection of how you do everything.

If you want personal success you have to learn to quick right decisions.  A leader makes the right decision quickly, and if it’s not he makes the decision it right.

By making quick decisions on little things you will build the habit and ability to make quick decisions in bigger things. Never procrastinate. Decide quickly one way or the other even at the risk of deciding wrong. Practice this for a week or two and notice your improvement.

Lack of Initiative

This, too, keeps many people for reaching personal success. These individuals have fallen into the way of just going through the motions. We often hear the expression, “He seems clever enough, but he lacks initiative.”

Life for them is one continuous grind.

Day after day they go through the same monotonous round of duties, while those that are “getting along” are using their initiative to get greater fullness of life. There is nothing so responsible for poverty as this lack of initiative, this power to think and do for ourselves.

You Are as Good as Anyone

You have will power, and when you use it, you will share in the luxuries that life has to offer. So use your will to claim your own personal success. Don’t depend on anyone else to help you. We all have to fight our own battles. All the world loves a hero, while the coward is despised by all.

Every person’s problems are different, so analyze your opportunities and conditions and study your natural abilities and leverage them as best you can. Develop plans for improvement and then put them into action. Don’t just say, “I am going to do so and so,” take action and execute your plan.

Don’t make an indefinite plan, but a definite one, and then don’t give up until your person goal has been accomplished.

Put these suggestions into practice with mental strength intensity, and you’ll soon see amazing results, and your whole life will be completely changed. An excellent mantra to help you is “Start Strong and Finish Stronger!”

Perseverance

The spirit of “sticktoitiveness” is the one that wins. Many go just so far and then give up, whereas, if they had persevered a little longer, they would have reached their goal. Many have much initiative, but instead of concentrating it into a laser focus, they diffuse it through several through “multi-tasking”, thus dissipating their energy to such an extent that its effects are lost.

Develop more determination, which is only the Will To Do, and when you start out to do something stick to it until you get results. Of course, before starting anything you must look ahead and see what the “finish leads to.”

You must select a road that will lead to “somewhere,” rather than “nowhere.” The journey must be productive of some kind of substantial results. The trouble with so many people is that they start a business, project without any end in sight…no real goal.  It’s not so much the start as the finish of a journey that counts. Each little move should bring you closer to a clearly defined personal goal.

Lack of Perseverance

It takes the same energy to say, “I will continue,” as to say, “I give up.” The moment you say “I give up” you shut off your dynamo, and your determination is gone. Every time you allow your determination to be broken you weaken it. Remember this. The very instant you notice your determination beginning to weaken, concentrate on it and by sheer mental strength and Will power and continue.

Always make a decision when you are in a calm state of mind. If you’re angry or upset you’re most likely to say and do things you’ll later regret. When you’re angry, you follow impulse rather than reason. You can only expect to achieve success when you make decisions when you are in full control of our emotions and mental strength forces.

Therefore make it a fixed rule to make decisions only when at your best. If you have a “quick temper,” there some old advice that stills work…count backwards from 10 slowly. To count backwards requires concentration, and you thus quickly regain a calm state. In this way you can break the “temper habit.”

It’s a good idea to think about what you said and thought the last time you were angry so that you can change it.  Think of how you want others to perceive you then begin to live it.

Developing the Will To Do

This is a form of mental strength energy and requires the proper mental attitude to make it manifest. We hear of people having wonderful will power, which isn’t completely correct. It should be said that they have the mental strength capacity to USE their will power while others have not yet developed this mental strength force.

No one has a monopoly on will power, there is plenty for all.

Will power is really nothing but the focusing of mental strength energy, the concentration of this power at one point. We all have this potential in us. Each person develops the exact amount will power they demand. In order to develop more will power you will need to expend all you have to then some, that is you must step out of our comfort zone to develop more will power.  Remember the way in which you use your mental strength and will power determines your fate, for your life is molded to great extent by the use you make of your will and mental strength.

Unless you make proper use of these forces you have not achieve personal success, independence or courage. When you are unable to control yourself you become a mere machine for others to use.

It is more important to learn to use your will than to develop your intellect. The person that has not learned how to use his will rarely decides things for himself, but allows his resolutions to be changed by others.

He who oscillates from one opinion to another does not accomplish anything out of the ordinary, while someone who has developed their mental strength will take their place among the world’s leaders.

Start developing your powers of concentration and will power by enrolling in “Warrior Mind Fundamentals” today.  This online training program will teach and give you the mental strength foundation to take back control of your thoughts.  Take a look at this unique and powerful program HERE.

Carol Jung, Joseph Campbell and others talks about using symbols and mythology as a way to tap into specific personal successarchetypal energy that inside of all of us.

These archetypes and symbols represent our inner potential.  When we are able to access and use these inner potentials wonderful results will show.

We will achieve our personal goals, reach personal success and live a life of power, purpose, passion and perseverance.    Stories, metaphors and analogies are some of the best tools for shifting a perspective, changing beliefs and creating a new behavior.

The animal world is packed-full of great mythic symbols that can help use in our daily lives.  And there is no better animal that embodies mental strength and the spirit of the warrior then the rhinoceros!

Last week we started our journey of what it’s like be a rhino and how acting like a rhino will almost ensure the attainment of personal success.

 We’ll continue the adventure today…

Where Does A Rhino Get Its Energy?

What exactly is it that turns a lazy, contented, do-nothing cow into an energetic, powerful, determined charging rhinoceros?

There must be something responsible for the transformation; something that possibly we can isolate, analyze and use to our advantage.  I’m mean really…what would cause a rhinoceros to charge, sometimes against seemingly insurmountable difficulties?

And what keeps the rhino charging?

Why doesn’t he quit raising a ruckus in the jungle and relax in the quiet pasture as a cow?  What is it that drives him?

There is no such thing as perpetual energy, there has to be a “cause” for this endless supply of energy.  Something must supply the power that makes him continue to charge day after day.  It seems to be self-generating.  It never runs down.  What causes such great motivation?

If you’re truly are a rhino, you’ll figure it out!

To assist in figuring this out, just in case the answer escapes you for now, being a rhinoceros would mean that you are after something.

Let me ask you, what is a cow after…apparently not much right?

Here’s the question…

Why aren’t the cows going after anything?

After all they have brains.  They have legs to move around.  They have eyes to see and ears to hear and some even have horns, just like a rhino.

So why can’t they see all the possibilities in front of them?  We can almost get a sense that they’re waiting for something.  Perhaps they’re waiting for the government to take care of them.  Maybe they’re waiting for a raise at work simply because they’ve been employed for a certain amount of time.  Or maybe they’re waiting to hit the lottery.

All the cow does is wait and wait and wait.  Can’t they see all that there is to do in life…all there is to experience, all the places to see?

What is it you have that a rhino doesn’t?

Belief in Personal success!

That’s right!  Belief! Cows just don’t believe they can achieve personal success and consequently they don’t even try.  They don’t even give it one could charge!  They see all the opportunities floating by them, but believe personal success is for the lucky few ‘hand-picked” picked rhinos.

They believe that personal success is for someone else, not them.

If you’re quite you can hear them mooing “We’re only simple cows. We cannot charge.  There is no use in even trying.  We’ll just wait here to be slaughtered”

Cows will tell you that they are being realistic.  But a rhino knows the truth.  The cows are either plain ignorant, lazy, or they are just trying to rationalize their failure.

Personal success is Yours!

Personal success is there are for anyone who will get off your butt and charge it down!  You know that, don’t you?

That’s what makes a rhinoceros.  They know and truly believe that whatever they want, by taking action and charging that chances are excellent they will get it.  They imagine it as being theirs.

They can taste the victory of achieving it.  It’s a rhino unstoppable belief that runs their motor.  It’s their belief that fills them with an enthusiasm to charge, despite the torpedoes.

Their enthusiasm electrifies themselves and makes them come alive.  That is what prompts them to jump out of bed early every morning.

You are this charging rhinoceros overflowing enthusiasm generated by your beliefs: your beliefs that you can do it all and see it all.

This is what makes being a rhinoceros so enjoyable and that’s why rhinos are fun to be around.

Rhinos are Naturally High

Rhinoceroses have a natural zest for living.  They are so high on life that you will rarely find a rhino with the drugs or drinking problem.  They don’t need artificial stimulants because they produce it themselves, naturally.

In fact, researcher supports this.  Biochemists have discovered the existence of endorphins, a morphine like substance secreted by the brain.

Numerous scientists and doctors described that these natural opiates depress pain and seemed to expand or awareness of pleasure.  Research has uncovered the “runners high” in that jogging seems bring on the secretion of endorphins.

This is why rhinos love to charge and feel so good about life.  Their brains are literally flooded with antidepressants.

So keep believing.  Keep charging.  Imagine yourself reaching your goals.  You know you can do it because you are a rhinoceros!

Your enthusiasm will keep you charging.

Charge!

Charge!

Charge!

If your batteries ever seem to wear down, you will know what happened.  Your beliefs will have waned.

Keep believing in yourself and your vision.

You have to.

No one else can do it for you.  It has come from inside you.  Believe and succeed!

Until next time…enjoy your week and keep charging!

Want to create that rhino mentality?  Enroll today in “Warrior Mind Fundamentals.”  It will help you become the warrior of the jungle…the rhino!  Find out more about “Warrior Mind FundamentalsHERE.

Again, I’d like to thank my good friend Scott Alexander for his inspiration for this post and his writings about “rhinocerology.”
