Personal Responsibility & Success: Mental Strength Tip #105
What is Personal Responsibility?
Welcome back to another Mental Strength Tip this time about personal responsibility and success.
Achieving personal success and reaching your personal goals begins with a mental
strength mindset of empowering beliefs. This creates self empowerment.
Reaching your personal goals and personal success starts in your mind…and finishes with taking inspired and massive action.
This is one in a series of virtual personal coaching and mental strength tips to help kick-start your week. It is intended to create self-empowerment and inspire you to take action so that you can reach your personal goals and personal success.
I take one mental strength tips and run though a brief overview of it, then ask some very direct coaching questions. The intention of this virtual personal coaching session is for you to write and answer these questions in your success journal and then reflect on them to gain insight on yourself, your dreams and what’s holding you back.
These series of posts are for YOU!

Objective of this Mental Strength Tip:
To help you recognize that the first step on the road to success is taking full personal responsibility for ALL your results.
Let’s Get Started:
For everything that happens in life there is a cause.
This virtual mental strength and success coaching session suggests that you take full personal responsibility for everything that happens in your life, the way you respond to it and the leanings from it…regardless if it IS done to you or not.
When you blame someone or something else you surrender your power and ability to do something different, as it is up to “them” not you to change to event. When you are on the effect side you give up our personal power.
Questions to Uncover Beliefs about Mental Strength Thinking:

- If so, why?
- If not, why?
Unsupportive Beliefs about Personal Responsibility:
- I can only take responsibility for my own actions.
- I can’t take responsibility for things I can’t control.
- I can’t take responsibility for the results of someone else.
Mental Strength Beliefs about Personal Responsibility:

- No one’s coming to my rescue.
Outrageous Questions:

- Is it possible YOU are your biggest obstacle in trying to achieve personal success?

Mental Strength Coaching:
Keep in mind that only a small percentage of people take full responsibility for their lives, and most of them had to recondition their minds to think this way.
My job as your mental strength and success coach is to expand your awareness and to let you know it essential and mandatory to be 100% “at cause” for your personal success.
Ego based success maybe achieved without this way of thinking, but personal success WITH fulfilment, joy and happiness requires this rare mental strength way of thinking.
Final Thought
Embracing this concept of taking 100% responsibility is about consistent, systematic awareness.
The secret is to never backslide into the old way of complaining, blaming or justifying you results.
“You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself.” – Jim Rohn
