Interesting on what a difference a couple of days make. Just yesterday I hit my 45th day of not working out; I know can you believe it? It was driving me crazy! I was waiting for the new gym to open here in Bend. My wife was here and we were making plans for our business…now this morning I just came back from the gym (it finally opened!) and enjoyed the view of the Cascades with new snow all over them. My wife just left for 6 weeks to Nor Cal to train a professional women golfer in kettlebells. This caused me to reflect on how mental strength is not about pushing through and forcing things but also “accepting” things as they are and knowing they will get better by taking inspired action. Action is always the key to mental strength and by taking inspired action inspired result will happen. Have an inspired day!
To Your Inner Strength,
